The department of Electronics
The department of Electronics was established since the inception of the college in 1995. It was started as an undergraduate department with BSc Electronics programme and upgraded with new generation MSc Electronics in 2020. Both UG and PG programmes are aided by the Govt. of Kerala.
The department is rich in infrastructure like state of art laboratories, smart classrooms and department reference library. It conducts seminars, workshops and orientation programmes, to get exposed to the recent research and development (R&D) in the field of Electronics. ET&GC (Electronic Training and Guidance Centre) is functioning in the department to help students implement their innovative ideas by providing guidance and technical support.
Skill development Lab, Industrial Visit and Internship, help students acquire professional competencies as required by industries. A course project is compulsory for UG and PG students, during which they acquire industry oriented practical experience in subjects.
